Numerous award-winning projects are hallmarks of Bill’s nearly 20-year career designing and developing for multifamily, mixed use, retail and commercial office. After graduating with a degree in architecture from Auburn University, Bill worked for Glenn Higgins & Associates in Metairie, Louisiana, where he created high-end single-family residential homes in the Greater New Orleans and Gulf Coast area. At Looney Ricks Kiss (LRK) architects in Memphis, Tennessee, Bill worked on numerous award-winning mixed-use and town-center oriented developments.  His work included collaboration on Eddy Street Commons in Southbend, Indiana, Redfish Village near Seaside, Florida, and numerous urban infill mixed-use developments in the Austin area. He also founded and led LRK’s Sustainable Design Group.

A LEED AP since 2003, Bill has worked on LEED Gold and Silver projects, including Gables Park Plaza in Austin, for a variety of end uses, including education, health care, retail and lifestyle/fitness.
