Vision Zero—the urban manifesto for road and pedestrian safety.

Some places/cities in the world are experiencing larger amount of deaths due to many reasons within roads. This touches on the core of place-making and urban design. With a conscious problem in hand, many cities have adopted Vision Zero Strategies to reduce deaths to zero. The strategies could reinforce driving culture, but also gives guidance on best practices to design pedestrian-friendly environments.
