Ryan holds a Master of Architecture degree from The University of Kansas. Working as a summer intern in Paris at Ibos & Vitart, Ryan worked on a competition-winning housing proposal. After graduation, as an intern architect at Cannon Design in Chicago, he helped produce The Third Teacher, a Bruce Mau Design co-published handbook on how design can influence learning. In 2012, he joined the housing studio at KAI Design & Build in St. Louis. With more than five years of practice, he has been a part of a variety of project types from schools and colleges to multifamily and senior living buildings. Ryan is an LEED AP.
